We listed our home just as the market slowed down and buyers had the upper hand. Additionally, our home was a hundred years old with many unique positives and upgrades, but also a home with all the negatives of age. We consulted 3 realtors before deciding to place our fate in the hands of Lynn Barras and Baird Warner. Her advice in terms of prepping our home and getting it market ready was invaluable. Her choice of photographer and her skills in presenting 522 Greenleaf on paper was top notch.After seeing the pictures we joked how crazy we were to be selling this home.Then, just as we were to list, Lynn took a terrible fall and shattered her elbow requiring a complete elbow replacement followed by intense PT. Even with surgery and painful recovery, she never missed a beat. She managed to come to all showings and open houses. She never made excuses or lean on other brokers to cover. Had we not known of her accident and treatment we would never have guessed there were any issues.And it wasn’t a breeze. We had 2 deals fall through after inspections. I was devastated. Lynn talked me off the ledge. She stayed positive and kept pushing. 2 weeks later, the right buyer came and we sold over the million dollar level we wanted.It took a unique realtor to sell our unique home and she did it flawlessly. Having worked with brokers out here in Seattle to find our new home, we recognize a jewel when we meet one.We have utmost respect for her and your organization and will recommend both whole heartedly.

When all is said and done, we actually put the house up mid October, went through the down months of December and January and you had a buyer in February. Especially in this market, I think that was exceptional. Mort Rubin was an excellent recommendation as our attorney. -- Howard, Skokie
